Refund & Return Policy

1. All Sales Final
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and the inability to verify product integrity once a package has left our facility, all sales are considered final.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lumexresearch.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
3. Non-Delivery
If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing. Once an order is processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Refused Shipments
Packages refused at delivery or returned to sender are not eligible for refund.
