Shipping Policy

Orders are reviewed and processed during normal business hours. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. Processing times may vary based on order volume and product availability.

Shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and order weight. All packages are shipped discreetly with secure packaging suitable for research compounds.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all domestic orders over $200 (after discounts, before tax).

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier.

Delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method. Lumex Research is not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our facility.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that ordering is legal in their jurisdiction.

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable window, contact support@lumexresearch.com within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
